How long does a gut renovation take?
Four to nine months for most whole-house projects, depending on structural work and permitting.
Can you work from an insurance scope?
Yes. We estimate in Xactimate, the same platform adjusters use, and can rebuild directly from a carrier scope.
Do you handle design?
We draw the plan, select finishes with you and build it. You deal with one company from first sketch to final walk-through.
