Accessibility Statement
Effective August 20, 2026
365 Kitchen & Bath wants every property owner in Hampton Roads to be able to reach us — especially in an emergency. We build and maintain this site so that people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control can request service without help.
The standard we aim for
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That is a goal we actively maintain, not a certification. Accessibility is ongoing work, and parts of the site may not yet fully conform.
What we do
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and before/after photos.
- Full keyboard operation of menus, dialogs, forms and photo galleries, with visible focus.
- Labels on every form field, and errors announced in text rather than by color alone.
- Contrast levels intended to meet AA against our dark theme.
- Tap targets sized for phones, which is how most emergency requests reach us.
- Semantic headings and landmarks so screen reader users can skim a page.
Known limitations
Some downloadable PDFs — sample lab reports, flyers and printable forms — are not fully tagged for screen readers. If you need any document in an accessible format, we will read it to you over the phone or send an accessible version at no charge. Embedded third-party content such as maps may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site.
If you hit a barrier, tell us
Call (757) 692-6479 or email steve@randrva.com with the page address and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days, and we will always take your request by phone if the site is in your way. You never have to use this website to get service from us.
