- Keys, lockbox codes, and alarm codes are used only for the assigned job, never shared, and returned or reset at completion.
- Everything I learn about a customer through 365 Kitchen & Bath is confidential: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, insurance carrier and claim numbers, policy limits, pricing, estimates, the condition of the home, and anything personal I observe inside it.
- I will not post job photos, videos, or customer details on any social media, review site, or personal portfolio without written permission from 365 Kitchen & Bath.
- I will never share my login, PIN, or password, and I will use a screen lock and passcode on any phone or tablet I use for 365 Kitchen & Bath work.
